An “amaro” that carries within itself a tribute to tradition and to the past.

The original recipe, lost in time and in papers, has been patiently recreated and adapted to more contemporary tastes following the olfactory memory of the smells and flavors of youth.

Every sip of 1912 is a journey into memory, where aromatic herbs and spices mix in a perfect balance that celebrates the craftsmanship of those who were able to rediscover a lost treasure.

VALORI – VALUES

 Tradizione

Tradition

The 12, as we like to call it, has been realized selecting aromatic herbs, spices, flowers and woods by macerating them in an hydro-alcoholic solution for at least 30 days.

Passione

 Passion

The 12 is hand made, as tradition, pressed with helical screw presses.
That’s why it needs time.

Amore

 Love

The 12 has been made to be shared, to pass on its characteristics and give the same sensations we feel producing it.

The original recipe with a 20,9% abv
The choice of selecting few botanicals gives 1912 its uniqueness in the world of “light Amari”.
The careful mixing does not override any of the 7 herbs and spices that make up its bouquet.
In this way a soft, albeit decisive, taste is released on the palate, which does not modify the flavors but enhances them, leaving a neutral sensation.

It is always the simple things that take your breath away

IL 1912 “INDOMITO“

La nuova ricetta con una gradazione di 30°
Erbe e droghe amaro-aromatiche macerate a freddo separatamente donano all’ “indomito” un gusto amaricante deciso e persistente.
Fiero del suo essere unico.

The new recipe with a 30% abv
Separately cold-macerated herbs and bitter-aromatic drugs give the “indomito” a strong and persistent bitter taste.
Indomitable in its boldness.

(Marcel Proust)

You will hear it for yourself, and it will surely fill you with wonder.
(Marco Polo)

UTILIZZO – USAGE

Perfect in summer as it is or with some ice, invigorates winter days drank at room temperature or with warm milk.
An unusual serve is in highballs or cocktails as the Negroni or Manhattan replacing the Vermouth.
